An exhibition of work made in the intergenerational
art and design workshops of see ‘n’ make
See ‘n’ make, based in Hackney, are passionate about giving people young and old the space to discover their creative potential. In our art and design workshops people experiment and take artistic risks in an open and supportive setting. They play freely with colour, shape and materials. This exhibition showcases the artworks made by parents and children from the Morningside Primary School and Children’s centre and by the keen young artists who took part in a Junior Art School at The Lightbox gallery space in Surrey.
The work on display has a selection of a-z accordian books, examples of a drawing activity called starting points and a collection of paper sculptures.
