This series of lectures will look at some of the greatest Masterpieces in Art History. Each week we will explore a well-known artist and their work, chronologically moving through European Art, starting with Michelangelo and his Sistine Chapel and ending with the contemporary Rosetta Vase by Grayson Perry. 

Each lecture can be enjoyed as a stand-a-lone sessions or as part of the series.

7 November: Christ driving the moneychangers from the temple, El Greco, 
14 November: Portrait of Madame de Pompadour at her Tambour Frame, Drouais 
21 November: Religious Procession in Kursk Province, Ilya Repin
28 November: The Harlequin's Carnival, Joan Miró, 
5 December: Self-Portrait with Thorn Necklace and Hummingbird, Frida Kahlo 
12 December: The Rosetta Vase, Grayson Perry
