Christopher Earley

Location: London

Christopher Earley is an artist based in London. His practice is rooted in processes of theatre making, seeking to exit the habits of dramatic texts and staging by approaching theatre through various other media including film, performance, writing, drawing, and sound. By focussing on forms of collaboration with different types of performer, he works to create open situations for rehearsal, improvisation, debate, disagreement, interludes, refusal, refusing refusal, means without ends, outlines, plans, negativity, bad jokes, good stunts, poetry, screaming, intimacy, and, when he hopes against hope, new forms of working and living together.
