Current concerns in my practice are with drawing attention to the overlooked and under or mis-represented, with a particular emphasis on how a woman’s status and perceived value might shift throughout her life and career.
I use video, text, photography and objects to intervene or interrupt pre-existing systems such as archives, libraries or collections thereby highlighting the spaces where gaps might exist and questioning the factors that have caused them to occur.
