Roni Ilan is an Israeli born Central Saint Martins Alumni. Her latest work subtly highlights the concept of a common bond by dressing groups of young men in subtly different outfits to explicitly sculpting large garments that connect, she has specifically probed ideas of closeness and connection since her Central Saint Martins BA show. Following on from the last two seasons, Roni Ilan turns her attention to processes of 'normalisation', specifically exploring the life of clothes. Her autumn/winter 17 collection is a study in how garments are worn, loved, passed on and shared.
