Raquel Yago Boj
Born in Spain, 1973. Lives and works in London.
Raquel Yago Boj completed a BA in Fine Art Photography at Camberwell College of Arts. Her background is in engineering, and her large experience of 3D CAD design resonates in her work. Her investigations have abstract, mathematical and analytical elements, as well as an otherness that is also present in computer-aided design creations.
Raquel travels to sites wherever her projects take her. She has participated in several exhibitions in the UK. Her photographs are now in various private and public collections, including the University of the Arts London. She also works as a freelance photographer, often commissioned by Elephant Magazine. Her images have appeared in Vogue Italia and gallery catalogues.
