Director, Producer, Media and intedisciplinary Performance Artist, Workshop Leader. Adrenaline Theatre- Workshops and performance.
Recent research asked what is galvenised by performative symbolic actions both in public spaces and to invited audiences.
Often the work queries the boundaries and relationships between public and private, conciousness and unconciousness, group and individual, drawing on both the personal, spiritual and the political.
Continued development of practice in ritual performance conditioning.

I deliver performance workshops based on the healing role of ritual for past trauma this culminates in performances with partisipants to selected invited audiences.

Drama lecturer and Artist educator for over 15 years.

I have been a professional working actress for the Casting Dept Acting, and Ray Knight agencies. I have many credits to my name in both television and theatre and a professional acting CV that can be supplied to you if requested. This includes working for several theatre companies such as Clever Pants in Barcelona, The English Theatre of Europe and The Break Theatre and running/ directing and acting in my own Theatre company “The Adrenaline Theatre Company” that toured nationally and combined drama workshops at Primary, Secondary, F.E and H.E institutions. I worked recently as a creative partner/ mentor for the "Access All Areas" theatre comany.
