Omer Even PAz
Omer Even-Paz born in 1991, Israel. Lives and works London.
Even-Paz is a recent distinguished graduate of Chelsea College of Art (University of the Arts London) BA Fine Art program. In the past years His works were shown at several central London galleries, including ‘Then You Are Now a Woman’, a solo show at Punctum Gallery, ‘Panacea’ a duo show at 43 Inverness Street Gallery, and ‘Will Nature Make a Man of Me Yet’ a group show at Pi Artworks and other group exhibitions. Even-Paz also exhibited two solo shows in Tel-Aviv and Jerusalem.
His works range from sculpture to installation, video and lately also Performance collaboration with Berlin based artist Anna Fittousi. thier work was shown in Berlin Ufer-Studios and Weißensee in Berlin, Tate modern (part of Tate X), Triangle Gallery in London and Alfred Gallery in Tel Aviv.
Even Paz’s works can be seen as explorations of identities and their construction through technology, migration and other and social conditions. His works are often layerd and hold a poetic power and expressiveness.
Education includes: Graduation with distinction from Chelsea College of Arts, B.A Fine Art, class of 2017.
Erasmus residency in Weißensee Kunsthochschule Berlin.
Graduation from Thelma Yellin High School of the Arts, Israel in 2009, majoring Fine art (with distinction as well).
