As an award winning graduate with a unique vision in design, I like to challenge myself and my audience. Using a kaleidoscopic sense of colour,my challenging designs are born of un-ravelling the conventional and traditional, and are then re-modelled into joyful, eclectic fashion manifestations: each one, inspiring the viewer to lose themselves in my creative Arcadia.Having previously studied Textiles at Central St.Martins, and specialising in constructed textiles for fashion through knit, I have since gone on to study and graduated from the Cordwainers diploma at London College of Fashion.
My work spans both textiles and shoe design and making, with attention to craft techniques and hand finished detail. The aim of my shoe work is to challenge the conventional restrictions aesthetically, using the form and materials. To clarify, the shoe is the canvas for the fabric development and my shoe form complements and enhances this.
