Katja Krzesinska

Training: Wimbledon College of Art in Costume Design, BA (Hons), graduating in 2007. Katja's design theatre work includes opera scenes for The Royal Academy of Music, London Classic Theatre, At Home with Milo Lewis (Albourne Partners), The Twelve Pound Look (Kings Head Theatre) and styling costumes for photographers on a freelance basis. Assistant costume for A Midsummer's Nights Dream (The Lord Chamberlain's Men), Happy Savages and Now is the Hour (Edinburgh Festival), A Night at the Opera (Hackney Empire), Much Ado About Nothing (Guildhall Theatre Derby), National Poetry Days (Lightning Ensemble), Amadeus (Oxford University) and SH*T M*X (Trafalgar Studios). Film design includes shorts Hymns of Hope, Crimes of passion and Oleanna. Supervising design for shorts Brixton 85 and The Kid, assistant on feature film The Rapture. Katja currently works at the English National Opera as a head dresser on a freelance basis and is currently co-directing/designing/writing a film, Catmania.
