Dragica Carlin is a painter. Dragica moved to London from Croatia to pursue a BA in painting at Chelsea College of Art and Design, followed by a Master’s degree. In the past decade, Dragica has been regularly exhibiting artwork, initiating and organising art events and painting workshops in the UK and abroad.
In 2009 Dragica was awarded the Abbey Painting Award, which led to an artist residency and the Fellowship at the British School in Rome.
Alongside her arts practice, Dragica is also leading painting workshops on ‘Connections between Master Paintings and Contemporary Art’ at the Wallace Collection, judged the Camden School art competitions and, as visiting artist lectured on painting practice across the UK universities and art schools.
Since the beginning of her painting career, Dragica has taken part in over 30 exhibitions, including Myriad of Marks in London, London Calling in Saint-Chamas, Resonance in Somerset and Figure of 8 in Rome.
Dragica is also collaborating with artists and gallerists in London, New York, LA, Rome, Naples, Berlin, Hong Kong and Paris.
