Charles Moxon

Charles Moxon (b.1990) is a British artist specialising in portraiture and graduated from BA (Hons) Painting at Camberwell College of Art (2013).

His sitters include the actress Clare Holman, ex-England football player Roy Bentley and more recently he has been commissioned to paint Deputy Labour Leader Harriet Harman for the House of Commons.

Formally and aesthetically his work references 17th century Dutch painting, creating images with a luminous, theatrical quality.
