CJ Crooks and Antonia Ash
PASCALE x JAMES
Handcrafted sustainably in London using only recycled and Fairtrade solid precious metals, two designers redefine luxury jewellery with the contemporary sustainable heirloom. PASCALE x JAMES fuses modern cutting-edge design with classic refinement and enduring British quality.
FACES BEHIND THE BRAND
Partners Antonia Pascale and Christopher James, met whilst living and working in distinctly opposite environments - Christopher by the ocean in the Bahamas, Antonia in an architectural cityscape in the heart of London. With a mutual interest in sculptural bold design and environmental issues at their heart, their joint experiences inspired them to create jewellery that embodied their disparate surroundings simultaneously.
Through their contrasting influences, Christopher and Antonia sought to explore the diversity of both our social and physical world: from organic, undeveloped landscapes and the ocean to metropolitan and industrialised cityscapes. The couple launch their brand with two collections of unisex pieces, designed simultaneously and in parallel. Born from both individual and shared visions, these collections are deliberately made to play off one another, they are antithetical and yet symbiotic.
A LASTING LEGACY
Audacious yet wearable and imbued with a sense of individuality, PASCALE x JAMES is created for the modern individual. Honesty and integrity are principles applied to each creation as only recycled solid precious metals are used alongside expert craftsmanship. Each piece crafted will begin a new journey, resonating with newfound stories and memories before being passed down to the next generation.
SUSTAINABILITY & SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Ethics and the environment are ingrained in every piece created at PASCALE x JAMES as the pair believe luxury and sustainability can and must go hand in hand. Using only recycled solid precious metals and recycled packaging whilst also minimising waste and offsetting carbon usage, they aim to set a standard that they believe all companies should adhere to.
