Christopher Kelly is a designer and artist working across men’s fashion, accessories, prop and set design. Alongside his design career he works as a stylist and art director. To compliment his creative career Christopher lectures in fashion on the foundation course at Central Saint Martins and teaches set design at the National Portrait Gallery Christopher’s current projects include a leather and wood hat collection that will be launched in Autumn 2014, a bespoke design of shirts and denim jeans for his own label ‘Christopher Kelly Design’ and a theatrical costume for Tim Walkers lead set designer Simon Costin. His latest prop design was the biggest Polar bear, marionette in the world for London based charity, Greenpeace. Christopher graduated in 2000 with a BA Honours degree in fashion studies from the university of Derby. Christopher is continually taking on new and diverse projects that challenge conventional craftsmanship and invigorate our perception of design.
