Bio:

Ana Teles (b.1989) is an artist currently undertaking practice-based research that focuses on copying the work of other artists. Teles holds degrees in fine art from University of Porto and Chelsea College of Arts, where she currently studies. Since 2010 Teles has shown internationally including the UK, Portugal, Italy, Spain, Germany and the US, and has taken part in seminars, conferences and art residencies such as "Structures" at Newlyn Art Gallery (2018) and MEAD Rome Residency at the British School at Rome (2018). Her work has been awarded by Ateneu Comercial do Porto (2008), the University of Porto (2011) and her PhD is being funded by Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia.
